Le logement est très agréable et calme. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour la cuisine. et une bonne literie.

Résidence paisible et très bien située.
Appartement tranquille (du moins en novembre),fonctionnel et très bien équipé.
Un agréable séjour à renouveler (nous venons régulièrement à Dunkerque). Merci également pour les petites attentions d'accueil.
Une seule petite réserve : salle de bain un peu défraîchie et pas suffisamment entretenue (cf.WC) même si tout est propre.

Nous avons apprécié la situation de l’appartement facilement accessible, proche de la digue de Malo et au calme.
L’appartement est très lumineux avec une cuisine très fonctionnelle.Les hôtes sont très réactifs à tout questionnement.

Lage des Apartments ist gut, nah zum Strand und viel Restaurants, Parken kein Problem und alle Räume zum Hinterhof, d.h. ohne Strassenlärm.
Die Wohnungsgröße ist okay und der Balkon hat Nachmittags-und Abendsonne.
Leider war die Wohnung nicht ordentlich bzw. nur oberflächlich gereinigt! Staub und Spinnenweben in den Ecken und auf den Küchenschränken, eine Küchenschublade verdreckt und Kalkränder an der Küchenarmatur.
Nicht schön ist das abgewohnte Badezimmer. In der Dusche braune Fugen und Ränder am Griff, leere Seifenspender, nicht gereinigte Duschkabinen-Glastür. Unter dem Waschtisch lagen irgendwelche Kunststoffreste der Vormieter.
Und der Balkon war verstaubt und dreckig. Hier wurde lange nichts gemacht.
Eine so schlecht gepflegte Ferienwohnung zu einem so hohen Preis haben wir noch nie bekommen.
