My husband was wearing two medical boots and I mistakenly got the last available room and it was on the second floor. I felt so bad. He really had a hard time coming and going up the stairs. My mistake. Everything thing Else was okay. We weren’t very happy we had to leave at 10:00 in the morning, we wished it could have been 11:00. No early check in we had to wait until 4:00.
I wrote it on the first space.
