Gute ruhige Lage mit grossem Garten. 5 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. 2 Duschen mit WC OG & 1 WC im EG. 2 Garagenplätze in der Garage & 2 Parkplätze vor der Garage. Zugang zum Gebäude einfach mit Schlüsselsafe Betretbar. Fussboden knarzt daher ist rumschleichen nicht möglich (Einbrecherschutz ala Japanische Schloss Bauweise). Abgabe verlief problemlos und es wurde nichts beanstandet. 4 Minuten Gehweg zum Migros, 7 Minuten zur Messe Basel.
Kontakt zum Vermieter ging super über Booking, meist schnelle Antwort, 1x Frage 12h später geantwortet (war aber Feiertag).
Altbackene Küche aus den 90er Jahren. Von Zwei Duschen war eine Defekt, die andere sah etwas "gebrauchter" aus. Ablage für die Shampoo Flaschen verrostet. Keine Vorhänge zum zuziehen beim Duschen, kann aber durch schliessen der Fensterläden blickdicht gemacht werden. Keine Info dass der Garten (Gras war ca 50cm hoch) noch gemäht wird, standen einfach 2 Gärtner Freitags um 13.00 Uhr da und mähten fleissig 2 Stunden.

Willa jest stara ale wnętrze jest bardzo czyste o przestronne. Posiada dwie łazienki z toaletą i prysznicem oraz trzecią dodatkową toaletę. Lokalizacja praktycznie w centurum miasta. Wspaniały dziki ogród ze stołami, wyposażenie kuchni bardzo bogate w zastawę i szkło. Dużym plusem jest zmywarka. Polecam dla dużej grupy osób.

The uniqueness of the property and the location was a very easy walk into central Basel.
