La proximité avec le centre ville
Il manquait une latte sur le sommier du lit dans le salon , c'était un peu inconfortable

L'emplacement est idéal avec des emplacements de parking à proximité.
L'appartement n'est pas en très bon état malgré les efforts du propriétaire. Les sols sont instable, il fait une chaleur insupportable sous les toits et la propreté des sanitaires est à revoir.

L'emplacement sans aucun doute. Quelques conseils sur les environs Le climatiseur d'appoint a fait le job
Les photos correspondent mais masquent des finitions pas top, mais certes tout y est. C'est sous les toits: le plafond est vraiment bas. 3eme étage, le dernier escalier est en très mauvais état.
