Great location. Cool older building.
Unlike others have noted, the host was unresponsive. The shower wasn't draining the first day we were there and there was no response during the whole week we stayed. Everything inside was minimal too, could be outstanding with a bit more care. The pictures make it look a lot nicer than it is.

ダイニングリビングとベッドスペースが分かれているところが快適。洗濯機があるのも連泊する際には便利。パールデュー駅からも歩けるし、ベルクール広場やリヨン美術館のあるプレスキル地区へも歩いて行ける。もちろん旧市街へも。歩くのが苦手な人は、メトロやトラム、バスでの移動も可能なのでは。僕らは歩くのが好きなのでひたすら歩きました。ポールボキューズ市場には、区画を斜めに進める通りをまっすぐに向かうと10分もかからずに到着。朝食でも夕食でも買ってきて部屋食ができました。
スタッフとの連絡が一方的で困りました。何度か事前にbooking .com経由で連絡を入れたのですが、一切反応はありませんでした。そのかわりに、チェックイン当日16時ジャストに入室方法の連絡が入りました。建物の前に到着した段階でその連絡を見ることができたので入室できたのですが、不安でいっぱいでした。セキュリティの問題からの対応なのでしょうが、初めて利用する人にとってはハードルが高く感じられました。エレベータがないのも荷物が重い人にとっては苦しかった。
