Wasn’t very clean - dusty tables, dead flies and spiders on the carpet and windowsills and inside the fridge was pretty filthy and needed a clean before we put food in it Only 4 mugs in the property (which sleeps 6) and they were pretty small and rubbish mugs which is not ideal when you need a big brew before hitting the hills! Have to supply your own toilet paper and no toiletries provided in shower which I guess we more or less expect these days and got caught out on. We stayed 7 nights and no towel change or bedding change. Not a major problem but hard to keep towels dry. Also only ONE tea towel, for 4 adults for a week. Thankfully the host provided a second one when we asked. There is no space to unpack. No handing space or drawers in the bedrooms so you just live out of your bag for a week which is fine but some drawers or even some hooks would be welcome in two of the bedrooms.

Availability and access to area. Nibbles and milk on arrival was a nice touch.

Shared bathroom.

The property was very clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed and a few little extra snacks as a surprise. It was very close to where we were exploring .

The skylight in one bedroom meant the room was very light and woke us up early , but it wasn’t too much of a problem as we were exhausted after a big day out .
