J'ai beaucoup apprécié la vue, calme, bel appartement bien pensé 🙂
Je n'ai pas réussi à regardé la télé, fallait il un abonnement ? Je n'ai pas compris le système, peut-être voir pour mettre une notice d'utilisation et d'explication.

La vue est superbe . Le centre ville est proche. Il y a du parking sauf samedi ou dimanche car il y a beaucoup de monde au lac. Le balcon est tres appréciable aussi. Déjeuner au soleil face au lac : que du bonheur

La vue,le calme,la propreté,la situation par rapport au lac et la ville à 10 min à peine à pied.
Le parking gratuit devant l'immeuble souvent assez encombré par les personnes qui se rendent au lac et qui se garent souvent mal (se mettent entre deux places)
