The location was great, rooms were great. Great for socialising. Very modern, clean, spacious. Lovely space outside. Hot tub was great. The beds were comfy and clean. Enough bathrooms for a large groups
Communication was not the best. Had to chase up on the day. Doors left unlocked without a key to lock it made us feel unsafe during the night. Little things missing which made the stay less comfortable, no tea towels available, no bath mats or bins in the bathroom. Outside door handle broken which kept locking people out.

The house is lovely very big, the decor is a nice touch just overall a nice space. Felt very spacious for a large group. All the facilities worked can’t complain in regards to the property

Lovely house in good location for our stay. Check in was really easy, host turned up few minutes after I called and let us check in early. Host was friendly and approachable and happy to help. Good facilities for cooking, TV and apps for music. Spacious house and nice bathrooms.
Just bare in mind that there is a security deposit of £300 which I only found out about on day of arrival. Thankfully, the host dealt with this positively on arrival. I can understand the need for a security deposit, but should be done at time of booking and not as a surprise on day of arrival.
The house could definitely do with more attention to detail but it was a pleasant stay - bar the lack of smoke detectors which in all honesty was a bit alarming.
