The apartment is very well located. Just 1 block from the bus station (Chamonix SUD), supermarket, ski rentals, and few restaurants and a short stroll to main town area and the Aiguille du Midi cable car station.
Good space for a family of 4.
Bathrooms could be cleaner. No towels offered. So if you coming from the other side of the world you either need to carry towels which is a pain as bag and suitcase space is limited or buy some in the local supermarket, and they are not cheap.
