Clear concise instructions where to park for free and where to collect the keys.
It’s spacious and I like the fact there’s an en-suite and a family bathroom.
The balcony has stunning views.
There was no handles on the windows in the lounge and there was a lot of draft what was coming in from the window where the 4 chairs and glass table is in the evening.

Fabulous location and views. Facilities excellent and tastefully furnished. Easy walk into town, restuarants outside the lobby door as well as a handy co-op for essentials.
Sadly we took a bit of a battering with severe high winds on our stay but nothing host could have done about that. Just noisy from the vibration.

The view is spectacular. Bed comfortable. Plenty of hot water and good shower. Great parking. Really handy CoOp

The view
The beds both uncomfortable, pillows and duvets old and lumpy, towels that didnt dry ( too much conditioner in wash or just cheap towels can cause this), cleaning could be better, kitchen lacked some utensils, lamp didnt work. Room to sleep 4 persons but only room for two in lounge. Dining chairs too high for table. General decoration poor. So the only exceptional thing was the view. Generally really disappointed.
