Fifth Avenue Retreat is a premium 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome that’s perfect for families or groups of up to eight guests. The living area features comfy couches for relaxing and conversation; there’s also a family room area with a large sectional couch, a gas fireplace, and a large Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen features large granite counters, stainless steel appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to whip up fantastic mountain meals for your group. There’s seating for eight at the dining table and room for two at the breakfast bar.
Outside, there’s an enclosed backyard with a nice patio featuring a private hot tub, a gas grill, and plenty of room for your four-legged friend to run around! Other amenities include complimentary highspeed Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer in the home and a one-car garage (smaller car only) with driveway parking for two additional vehicles. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. We had a great stay at this property! The location was superb; it was a quiet area but just a short walk to Main Street, where we enjoyed exploring the many wonderful local businesses. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, matching the Vrbo photos and description perfectly. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub after busy days out, though it would have been nice to have a few pool towels provided instead of using extra bath towels. Communication with the management team was generally excellent (quick, helpful, and easy), though it was clear the property is managed by a third-party company, which occasionally made coordination a little more confusing as it wasn’t always clear if the communications that were not directly coming from Vrbo were legitimate. One thing that I wish had been clearer was the payment process; having the option to pay in full upfront would have saved an extra credit card fee later on. Overall, the stay itself was excellent, and we really enjoyed our time here!
