The Space:
Howdy, y'all! Welcome to our lakeside haven where relaxation meets fun. As you step inside, soak in the stunning lake view that you can enjoy from the back deck. Feel free to fire up the propane grill for a tasty cookout while enjoying the fresh air.
Inside, cozy up by the indoor electric fireplace and catch your favorite shows on YouTubeTV with our hi-speed wifi. And if you're up for some friendly competition, head on over to the pool table for a game or two.
On the main level, Bedroom 1 boasts a luxurious king bed with its own attached bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed and a twin bed, along with an attached bathroom featuring a convenient walk-in shower.
Venture downstairs to find even more comfort and convenience. Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 both offer king beds and attached bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub/shower combo. Perfect for the kiddos, Bedroom 5 features a twin over full bunk bed and a nearby hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Guests will have the ENTIRE HOME as well as access to the neighborhood amenities including an OUTDOOR POOL just across the street (open seasonally) and an INDOOR POOL (open year round)!

Nestled in the heart of the Ozarks, the neighborhood of Rocky Shores offers the perfect combination of nature, luxury, and fun — all just minutes from the action of Branson. This beautiful resort community sits OVERLOOKING TABLE ROCK LAKE, offering breathtaking views of the waters and rolling hills of trees. Whether you’re here to relax or explore, you’ll quickly fall in love with the peaceful, picturesque setting. Spend your summer days lounging poolside or go for a dip while the kids enjoy the WATER SLIDE and the SPLASH PAD. (Outdoor pool open seasonally.). Even when the seasons change, Rocky Shores has you covered with a heated INDOOR POOL that’s open all year long. It’s the perfect place to take a swim or relax after a day of enjoying the Branson entertainment!
Getting Around:
Head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! One of the biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave! The entrance to Silver Dollar City is about 25 minutes away.
The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 10-15 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!
The Branson Landing, also 10-15 minuets away, offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!

If you have a boat or trailer, Lakeside Storage is conveniently located just up the street from our neighborhood where you can set up plans to store your boat, trailer, or jet skis! Then a public boat ramp is just 3 minutes down the road making water access a breeze!
If you need to rent a boat, the State Park Marina is just 10 minutes from our home! Then Bent Hook Marina and Bass Pro Shop’s Long Creek Marina are both also only 10-15 minutes away! Everything is so close!

CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. I am not sure where I should begin, the host was Fabulous. The place was very clean, the entire home and atmosphere by the lake was above our expectations! We were able to book for a Christmas family gathering, we baked Christmas cookies, had plenty of space, there were 11 of us, and everyone from the children to adults were impressed with the home and all amenities. We have a grandchild with challenges and one of her favorite spots was the hanging swing chair! It was a hit along side the rest of us playing pool! The host even provided Christmas cookie cutters, and the tree was Beautiful. Each had a bathroom and bedroom, the condo was very spacious for all to enjoy! We would definitely recommend this condo for a family gathering . Thank you for the memories you helped us create. It was above and beyond our expectations

The host, Adam, was very helpful and responded promptly to any questions I had. The property is beautiful and surpassed my expectations! It was clean, the bed’s were comfy and it literally felt like home! My family and I will definitely stay again!!

Worked out great for our family of nine! Close to The Landing, Hollister, and just a short drive to Silver Dollar City without having to get into Branson. Loved the view, the two large outdoor decks, and the two living spaces that the house provided!

The house is great! The space and layout was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed. The owner was very accommodating as well. We definitely recommend!
