About this house rental
Locquémeau, located at the mouth of Léguer, about ten kilometers from LANNION
is best known for its fishing port and marina. NOTIGOU its beach (500m walk) and that of kirio (5 mins by car). The county Dourven domain (600m by coastal path). natural site with magnificent views of the Bay of Trébeurden and Milliau island. The house built among pine trees offers a Contemporary Art Exhibition Centre. Its Gothic church ranked sixteenth century.
The house includes 1 fully equipped kitchen; 1 dining room of 40 m2 opening onto a veranda of 20 m2 with a dining area and a relaxation lounge overlooking the sea and the village of Locquémeau.
1 indoor lounge with TV, stereo, internet connection and reading area.
The ground floor also features 1 bedroom with bed 140 x190 and wardrobe
wardrobe, bathroom with shower sink and closet, separate toilet and a cellier-
laundry including washer and dryer.
Upstairs 1 attic room with 1 bed of 140 x 190, 1 chest and 2 Velux including a
Seaview.
Shops nearby - bakeries - supermarket - hairdresser - post - doctor -

Das Häuschen liegt etwas versteckt, aber in traumhafter Höhenlage im kleinen Örtchen Tredrez-Locquemeau. Es ist durchdacht und mit restlos allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Vom geräumigen Wintergarten aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Felsen von Trebeurden und das Meer, den man dank der großen Panorama-Schiebefenster bei jedem Wetter genießen kann. Vom Haus aus ist es nicht weit zur Bäckerei. Etwas weiter, aber zu Fuß dennoch gut zu erreichen, am kleinen Hafen, gibt es zwei prima Restaurants und einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen beim Campingplatz. Obwohl Locquemeau sehr ruhig liegt, bietet es tolle Wanderwege, einen klasse Strand (Notigou), Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausblicke, und es war zudem ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in alle Richtungen. Der Urlaub war herrlich, der Kontakt mit den Vermietern sehr freundlich, und wir empfehlen das Häuschen und die Gegend unbedingt weiter.

conforme au descriptif , maison très agréable, au calme. Une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.... Endroit idéal pour le repos et la découverte de la cote de granit rose.

la maison bénéficie d'un emplacement formidable avec une vue mer magnifique et elle est très bien équipée. L'endroit est très calme et l'on peut s'y reposer. Beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir aux alentours et de très belles ballades sont possibles sur toute la côte. On trouve à Lannion tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin avec des commerces et un très beau marché.
Conclusion : de très belles vacances dans cette belle région, on reviendra !
