Everything conveniently located nearby đź‘Ťđź‘Ź. Would favour some personalized interaction. Notify via email a day prior to solicit a late checkout & baggage safekeeping. However, no reply received until departure.

Apartment is huge, very comfortable stay with access to kitchen and a living area atop of bedroom.
Location is perfect, being right outside metro exit. Shopping street is right across the street.
We had to call the hotline when we arrived to receive the code to retrieve our security card (self-service). The hotel emailed us beforehand to inform that the code would be sent to us right before check-in time but we never received that email. It would be good for the email to be automated, as we didn't have access to calls and had to borrow a phone to make the call.

Did not stay at the property we booked, instead we were housed at their sister property 10 minutes away. Claimed to have reached out to us, but we did not receive any emails nor messages from the property about the changes.
The staff on duty did reimburse us for the Uber ride that we took from The Doorman Goethe to The Doorman - Die Welle Frankfurt which they housed us in.
