Localização excelente, casa super confortável, eletrodomésticos funcionando perfeitamente e com todos os itens que possam ser necessários de cozinha. Limpeza bem boa. Destaque também para a área de serviço super completa.
Os ventiladores de teto poderiam receber uma atenção melhor, no segundo quarto mesmo no máximo mal ajudava com o calor.
