The house is spacious and all rooms have ensuite bathrooms. Modern and tasteful. The appliances are very complete, above all in the kitchen. Location is very pleasant, easy access to the beach and Cape town itself but still a quiet enough street. Security is no concern.
Some more manuals/explanations to appliances and facilities could have been helpful. Installing airco in the living room could be an option for the summer months.
