Excellent location Close to town, directly on the lake with lake access, 2 miles from ski resort Gerlitzen. Absolutely gorgeous view from balcony. Elevator and covered parking available (unit was on 1st floor). Shop (bakery, butcher & misc. items) in the same building downstairs. Keys were picked up at a pub (a few miles from the location). Easy to find and good opening hrs. We jumped into the lake every morning before breakfast. Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer Goals, Tennis & Table Tennis, kids play area, sandbox, relaxing lawn with lawn chairs, etc. available. Bring your own equipment!

Only 2 small towels and 2 larger white towels were provided for the entire week. Must bring your own cleaning supplies, paper towels, shampoo, bath towels, games, etc. Lawn chairs and outdoor equipment (like balls, etc) not provided. We did not see a laundry facility. Outdoor sun umbrella was provided :)

The owner is very kind and the apartment is great.

The cleaning ladys and the lady where you pick up the key are the most disrespectful people I have ever met in my life. We travel all over the world and I have NEVER met more rude people. Making up their own rules and lies, a discrace!

The host and the neighbours were very kind, the environment is beautiful. I suggest it for everybody.

We missed the handwash soap and the microwave

The location is an apartment in what appears to be a vacation/retirement spot right off of a beautiful lake with amazing views. The area is quite and there is a parking spot in an enclosed location right next door. Not a big apartment but perfect for a couple with a functional kitchen.

I wish I could have given this a much better rating but picking up the keys was ridiculous. The phone number for the apartment is to what seems to be the owner/manager. The keys are picked up at a local guesthouse/restaurant a few minutes drive away. My wife and I drove a motorcycle 12-13 hours to get there, significant traffic and patches of rough rainy weather. I initially asked for a key pickup 6-7pm, when we stopped 3-4 hours away I let them now that we would be late, and changed to 7-8pm. At the next stop I looked at emails and saw we had received a verification directly from the manager/owner and so I replied that it looked like we would be a little later then 8pm, possibly 8:25. We arrived to pick up the keys at 8:15, no one was there, called the phone number on the door. A women arrived to give the keys and was incredibly rude and insulting. I called the owner/manager later and let him know that this was completely unacceptable. He apologized but when when I went to pay and leave the keys, same place, same women, not even a "sorry". Next trip I will be looking at other options but honestly would have liked to re-booked, very sad.
