Wir hatten eine vollausrüstete Küche zur Verfügung mit einer sehr guten Kaffeemaschine
Das einzige was nicht gefrallen hat war das Wetter. Aber dafür ist ja nicht der Vermieter haftbar zu machen

Gemütliches und geräumiges Apartment am Rande eines Neubaugebietes, ruhig gelegen, perfekt für unsere vierköpfige Familie. Der Vermieter ist äußerst bemüht und zuvorkommend und antwortet immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte bequem per Schlüsselbox. Parkplätze finden sich im Wohngebiet, meistens direkt vor der Haustür. Es stehen einige Gesellschaftsspiele für Kinder zur Verfügung. Nach Köln sind es nur zwei Stationen mit der Bahn (15 Minuten), ein kostenloses P+R Parkhaus findet sich am Bahnhof. Wenn wir mal wieder unsere Verwandtschaft/Freunde nahe Köln besuchen wollen, übernachten wir wieder sehr gerne hier.
Die Besteckschublade könnte mal wieder gereinigt werden, aber das tut dem schönen Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch.

Sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet, ziemlich neu, schöne Lage, direkt ans Grüne angrenzend
Das Apartment ist noch so neu, dass noch nicht alles fertiggestellt ist. Das ist aber minimal.

It was clean, the location as I wanted away from the center to relax
The apartment was on the second floor and there was no elevator , this was not specified in the description, I have small kids and a knee issue that makes going up and down stairs a problem
2nd thing the Ac was only for the living room and also it had some problems
