The location.
It was very unattractive and appeared to be cheaply thrown together. The only coffee offered were DECAF Kuerig Pods. There was no regular coffee. Keurigs are awful anyway. The grill was absolutely filthy but ee used it only to run out of propane mid grilling. Honestly, these can be deal breakers especially for the extra fees that are charged.
