This beautifully kept 3 bedroom villa is spacious both inside and outside and furnished to a very high standard. Located in the Pernera area of Protaras, it is within 10 minutes walk of both Kalamies Beach and the resort centre.
Inside, the villa has a very modern yet comfortable design. The living area has leather sofas, a widescreen TV with a Full UK satellite and dining table seating 6 persons. The large open plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is also a W/C on this floor.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a double bed and en-suite shower room, and access to the shared balcony. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and access to the shared balcony, and bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.

Outside the private garden has a 8 x 4 metre pool from where you can also enjoy the sea views. Sun-loungers and an umbrella are provided, along with a patio table and chairs.
