About this apartment rental
Attractive 2-room apartment with a 25 sqm terrace in the immediate vicinity of the beach. The family-friendly holiday apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 living/sleeping room, kitchen and bathroom in an independent building is located almost on the ground floor on a slight hillside. From the terrace there are 3 steps down to the apartment. The terrace is about 25 square meters with a sea view. The 4 x 4 m wooden pergola with awning provides shade and is of course furnished with a dining table and chairs and sun loungers. The bedroom is furnished with a 1.60 m wide double bed and of course a wardrobe. The living/sleeping area is equipped with a sofa bed that can be converted into a comfortable double bed in two easy steps, and there is also a fixed single bed. The spacious kitchen with gas hob and dishwasher also has a dining area for 4 people for colder evenings. The modern bathroom with enough storage space for a family of 4 has a walk-in shower. For the particularly hot nights, there is a modern, barely audible air conditioning system in the bedroom and in the living room.
