Book a travelstay at this BRAND NEW mountain modern home. Enjoy a premier location in Lake Tahoe. The home is nestled between Palisades Tahoe and the Truckee River with towering pine trees and close proximity to hiking, biking, rafting, boating, skiing and sledding. It offers year round enjoyment for the modern traveler.
The home has designer upgrades in every room. The open floor plan with accordion windows and doors creates an ease of indoor and outdoor living, letting nature fill the space.
Guests can be on the mountain, skiing the iconic runs within 5 minutes, biking Western States in 5 minutes, hiking Shirley Canon in 5 minutes and boating on Lake Tahoe in 15 minutes. What better place to spend your vacation!

A security deposit will be taken in the form of a $1500 pre-authorized hold on your credit card. This is not a charge and the hold will be released within 3 days of your departure pending no damage. Any damage found will be itemized and disclosed before a charge is made.
Cancellations made within the cancellation period will be refunded minus a 3.9% payment processing fee.

We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed.
3. Please do not place hot pots/pans on countertops. It will damage the stone.
4. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
5. Please respect the noise curfew (9pm-9am).
6. Please turn the AC/heater to 70 when you go out.
7. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
8. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a fee of $100.
9. Please take care of the furnishings. You will have to pay for damages.
10. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
11. Do not take any of the shampoo/conditioner bottles with you when you leave. Those will be charged to your method of payment if missing. We wash and refill those for sustainability.
