Modern apartment with balcony, located in Santa Rita a stone's throw from Via Tripoli, an area well served with stores, bars and restaurants.
The house consists of an entrance to living room furnished with sofa and television; Open kitchen with dining table, equipped with refrigerator, oven, coffee maker and kettle. From the kitchen there is access to the laundry room equipped with washing machine, iron and clothesline, and to the balcony with veranda overlooking the inner courtyard.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, TV and balcony overlooking the street.
A bathroom with shower completes the apartment.
Also available to guests are: free WiFi network, air conditioning in the living room and heating.
