Restaurant staff poor skills and lack English language and are not well prepared with customer service and hospitality. We paid for the breakfast unfortunately when my wife came down to eat. They gave her a plate with a few samples of everything which isn’t the same as other tables. The staff excuse was that other tables have groups where as my wife is a single person. Its not their job to decide. I paid for the entire Turkish breakfast experience and I should get all plates and platters on my table.
The second day we got it all sorted out and they apologized for their mistake and unprofessional behavior.
Window handle was damaged so the window was always tilted open and external noise affecting my sleep. When I complained about it they fixed it for the second day.
No blankets for the bed and the air conditioning system was too cold. When I requested blankets they were given later for the second day.

Friendly employees, even with the language barrier (just one could speak English) but this is normal for the town, they were always nice and ready to help, a huge thank for Rabia and Ramadan.

The location was great! Service was good.
Poolside bed was very low maintanance and dirty.
The rooms were very noisy, you can hear your neighbours phone conversation.
