About this house rental
3 bedroom 1 bath home with washer and dryer on premises. 3 televisions, 3 beds, and one desk. Free Roku and local channels on tv’s. Great WiFi and guest controls thermostat. 13 miles to Dayton Airport and 6 miles to downtown. This is ideal for persons who prefer a whole house versus a $100 hotel room. No parties or gatherings of any kind. Home is not the Hilton and properly priced. Great deal in this economy.

The house had everything you could need.and more. There was coffee, detergent, plenty of towels, just very thoughtful. Neighborhood was quiet at night and everyone slept like babies.Just a relaxing experience.

We were in town for seminary so we were gone most of the day. The house was a good place to spend the nights. I think I would stay again.
