This home, having once been a church, has been fully renovated in an open, airy, beautiful Bnb. Take a walk the creek, to the park, or rent the event space at Rudy Ruins, next door for your big events. This is a duplex and people do live downstairs. They are typically very quiet but you may here noise down there from time to time.
