The property's location provides easy access to both Manchester University and Manchester Metropolitan University, making it ideal for academics and students
You will have access to the entire house and the back yard.

Arrival by Flight, best directions:
+ 20-25mins by Taxi, such as Uber (Cost estimate. £30.00)
+ By train: From MAN Airport to Manchester Piccadilly, then change to bus service 192 and 10minute walk.
+ By bus: Take the 43 bus service from airport to Rusholme, then change to bus service 53 and 4 minute walk from the bus stop.

House Rules:
1. No smoking inside premises
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am
6. Minimum age to book is 22.
