If you want to spend a relaxing and cultural holiday, Guido's house is certainly for you. The house, in fact, is located a few kilometers from the beaches of Cattolica, Misano Adriatico and Riccione and from suggestive villages such as Gradara, Saludecio and Montefiore. Guido's house is modern and functional, excellently finished where tranquility and privacy are the masters.
The apartment consists of a large double bedroom, a bedroom with a double pull-out single bed and a modern living area with kitchen and dining room.
The house is completed by a parking area for exclusive use, an external courtyard where you can spend summer lunches and dinners in complete privacy and a lovely open space where you can prepare delicious grilled fish! Finally, we specify that we accept animals with a supplement of Euro 100 per stay per animal. Admission into the apartment must be previously authorized by the owner. In the presence of more animals and for stays of less than 7 nights, please contact us to agree on the extra cleaning rate.. City Tax: You do not have to pay tourist city tax.
