Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, Smart TV oraz prywatny parking. Obiekt położony jest przy cichej uliczce.
Goście otrzymują kartę uprawniającą do bezpłatnego korzystania z komunikacji publicznej w Szwajcarii Saksońskiej.
Do dyspozycji jest grill, taras oraz sauna opalana drewnem
(rozpalanie sauny leży po stronie gości).
Bardzo dokładna instrukcja do samodzielnego zameldowania. Trzeba zostawić podatek turystyczny na stole.
Materac w jednym z pokoi jest zbyt miękki. Jedno z łóżek dwuosobowych jest dość wąskie.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The beds were comfy. The keys were easy to get from a box. One parking space assigned. The hosts were great and they even have an online booklet with all the info you need.
The sofa is a little worn out, but we were not going to spend too much time at the apartment so we didn't care.

Jest blisko parking dla jednego auta, kuchnia jest dobrze wyposażona, blisko market Penny.
Jeden klucz przy 7 osobach mieszkających w obiekcie to mało. A wejście do klatki schodowej wymaga klucza. Klatka schodowa w budynku nie była czysta.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, alles ist ausreichend vorhanden an Geschirr, Staubsauger, Besen, Spülmaschinentabs.
Nette Dekoration.
Wir waren zum Wandern dort und die Wohnung eignet sich gut als Ausgangspunkt .
Die Kontakt im Vorwege war sehr freundlich.
Das Treppenhaus ist völlig verdreckt, mit toten Insekten, klebrigen Flecken an Wänden, Boden und Geländern. Dies ist dann der 1. Eindruck :-(
Die Wohnung wurde gereinigt, allerdings darf man nicht genauer hinsehen: Schimmel an den Fenstern, im Bad. Die Dunstabzugshaube trieft vor Fett, die Nische vom Müll ist verdreckt. Das Sofa mit Flecken und völlig durchgesessen.
Es sind in den Zimmern zu wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten.
Laut Beschreibung gibt es Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Wohnung. Das stimmt nicht. Im Haus gegenüber gibt es je drei für ALLE Wohnungen. Absolute Glücksache, ein freies Gerät zu erwischen.
