Je l’ai choisi par rapport à la proximité du lycée Philippe de Girard où j’avais un rendez-vous le matin.
L’appartement nécessite une rénovation complète(électricité, isolation et insonorisation, peinture à finir, accessoires à changer, odeurs assez fortes de moisissures…)
