Great access to motorway and city centre. Parking is great with designated space directly outside property.
The heating had to be boosted every two hours but still a bit cold. Could do with an extra heater.

The proprietress wanted me to provide a copy of my drivers licence for identification before she would provide access to the accommodation. I have been and am registered with Bookings.com and have never had to do this anywhere that I have reserved accommodation through Bookings.com. The room was on the top floor, which was the second floor. There were 36 steps to carry the cases up. This, my wife and I found to be difficult, due to our ages. Had I known this prior to accepting the accommodation, I would have refused the accommodation. The property had a lean towards the entrance way which made the bedroom and dining room doors close due to the fall in the property. The entrance door and the bathroom doors would stay open and had to be secured in order for them to remain shut. The toilet was loose on the floor mounting and felt unsafe to use, it also has a small leak under the ped pan. Instructions should have been left at the property for the use of the shower, and when it was worked out, it was difficult to control to an acceptable temperature. It was jointly agreed between my wife and I that the stay was unpleasant and we were pleased to leave.
