Pros:
- Clean
- has pretty much anything you'd need (kitchen supplies/towels/hot tub/ dog toys/ high chair etc Not shampoo/conditioner if you are use to that)
- heater in every room with separate thermostat
- mostly straight forward instructions, communicate promptly (special shout out to the in town property manager <3 )
- wifi works great
- hot tub was ready to go
- great for small, not crazy noisy groups
Cons:
- Company charges extra fees after booking that require giving the rental company (not booking.com) your credit card info. Not only is this deceiving on price when you book, but eliminates the safety of going through booking.com for financial ad ons post booking. Example: to bring your dog to the "pet friendly" accommodation is another "$59 plus taxes and fees" post booking per their email
-Also, this didn't really bother me but in case you are actually looking for a seaside view this definitely does not have one even though the page says it does
- Had to search for blankets for the beds, they were all in the master bedroom closet
- everything can be heard always from everywhere in the house
