Location, view and comfortable bed.
Access was hard with steep stairs and strong smell of waste pipes in bathroom.

Balcon al Mar is in a brilliant location with fantastic views. The balcony is the best bit! We enjoyed sitting out there watching the world go by and enjoying the sunshine, when it appeared!! Even when it was rainy it was great just to watch the sea and hear the waves crashing in.
The place was extremely clean and well provided with well thought out essentials...washing up liquid, loo rolls etc. A starter pack of tea bags and coffee capsules was very welcome.
Communication with the owner was very prompt and all queries were answered quickly.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends but would make them aware of the steep, narrow stairs to access the flat....perhaps small suitcases would be the best option! However, to get the lovely position and fantastic view it's certainly worth the climb!
We hope to go back in the future and what better recommendation can that be?!
As mentioned previously, slight drain smell in bathroom but these are old buildings and it wasn't an issue. Air fresheners are provided.

Me gusto mucho la ubicación que tiene cerca lugares para cenar y enfrente la playa. Me encanto la terraza con vistas a la playa
No me gusto que tenia munchsisisisimas escaleras para subir con equipaje imposible, el personal ni nos atendio para nada y tampoco nos despidio. El mando de la tele estaba sin pilas, la cadena del wc no iba y tenias que estar tirando agua cada vez que hacias necesidades.
