Located just a short 15-minute drive away from Texas Tech University, our abode offers convenience without compromising on comfort. Stay seamlessly connected with our high-speed internet, and make use of the washer and dryer facilities for added convenience.
Rest easy in all three of our spacious bedrooms, which include a king-sized bed and two queen-sized beds. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, our Texan getaway in Lubbock promises the perfect haven for your upcoming stay!

Primary Guest must be at least 21 years of age to book this property.
Please note there is one exterior ring camera.
GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.
Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.
The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

The house is new, has plenty of space for 6 ppl, and is beautifully decorated. The owner was responsive and friendly in our communication. It’s located about 10 minutes from the university. It was perfect for my family as we celebrated my daughter’s graduation from Tech.

Our family met in Lubbock to celebrate our son's birthday. This house was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed, was in a great location, and the house was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The host was extremely kind and accommodating as well! We will definitely be staying here again!
