About this apartment rental
In Villaines-les-Rochers, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 75 m² air-conditioned flat with shared swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 33 m² living room, fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms and two shower rooms. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows:
- 25 m² living room with TV, sitting area and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160X190) with washbasin
- Bedroom 2: Double bed (140X190 )
- Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower
- Second bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A shared swimming pool, heated to 28°C and measuring 6 m x 11 m, open from 15 May to 30 September, weather permitting (opening dates not contractually binding).
- A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Villaines-les-Rochers, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- Nearest airport: Tours airport, 45 km

- Two other accommodations are available on the same plot, and can be booked for up to 14 people.
- For your safety and that of the owners, the house is equipped with security devices (surveillance cameras on the parking lots and swimming pool)
- Bed linen and towels included (except beach towels and baby linen)

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition, and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Bike hire available: €10 1/2 day and €13 full day for adults; €8 1/2 day and €10 full day for children
