Located in the South end of Palm Springs putting you in easy access to all the valley attractions. The Biltmore complex has many fabulous pools, spas, outdoor lounge areas, and BBQ areas. This unit has a nice shaded outdoor private patio that is quiet and peaceful and on the 1st floor. Fully stocked with all you need to enjoy your stay, just bring your clothes and personal items. Within a 30-minute walk to downtown PS is where I like to be and this is just right. I found the condo well suited to my habits of walking and lying around the pool. More than enough linens & towels, good size stove and microwave, perfect patio for morning sun. The neighbours, many of whom are owners, are wonderful. There were several poolside social events.
