The apartment itself was clean and very spacious, perfect for what I needed

The communication on the day of arrival was atrocious. No instructions provided via Booking.com, the telephone number to contact the property went straight to voicemail everytime, emails from Booking.com were ignored because the details provided were apparently for an employee who no longer works for the business. Booking.com were next to useless in trying to resolve the issue in which I spent 4 hours trying to deal with. Eventually, an hour after the advertised check in time, I received a random text with the access codes. Dreadful experience which is a shame because the apartment is actually quite nice

The tv is so small

There was a carpark attached to the property. It was clean and tidy and nice spaces to relax in. Some nice pubs and bars in walking distance.

The bathroom unit made the walkway into the bathroom tight.

There was no breakfast - Airbnb. The location was OK- by busy ring road but quiet inside.

No bath mat: water from the small shower poured underneath the shower screen as there's a large gap: deep bath with no hand grips. No instructions given on how to unlock/lock door entry system prior to arrival - the keysafe is redundant. 'Landlord' called round c.9am on Saturday morning, I wasn't expecting this & didn't open the door. Lounge TV didn't work: only one remote for 2 TVs. No bedside lamps, no switches to turn overhead lights off/on when in bed. Cramped bathroom, door can't fully open. Dirty toenail cuttings in bedroom draw. Unwashed crockery in kitchen cupboard. Incident in hallway Friday evening where a foreign male appeared to want to enter the apartment opposite, but the lady inside barred his entry & didn't open the door fully - I found this unnerving, there was another person who saw this. There was no safety chain on my door. The rear door which had a notice saying " should be kept closed at all times" was still open at c.10.30pm. No tea towels provided. Bit scruffy in places.
