This place is a dream, the bedroom was stunning, with a view on the sea and the surrounding, lovely decor and accessories, nothing at all to fault
The staff is some of the nicest we've ever met, attentive but not too in the way and the breakfast food was super good. Both sausage and salmon were of top tier quality. Arguably location isn't too close to the main lake district attractions, but I'd stay here again regardless

Only stayed the night. From the outside the hotel looks like a haunted house and did feel a bit creepy. That being said, the atmosphere inside was quite lovely, staff were super friendly and the food - simple, but really the best meal I've had for a while. I don't normally sleep well in hotels but I slept very well here. Fully recommended and if ever I'm in that neck of the woods again, I'll be booking the same hotel.
