Excellent apartment with lots of space. Good location for getting into Valencia, well connected with local public transport and very near the beach.
No real complaints.

Very spacious apartment, we could leave luggage there on arrival, so that was a big plus. Apartment is huge and only few minutes away from the beach and the tram stop is right there, one min away, as also market.
It could have been a bit cleaner. The dishwasher was not clean, and when we used it, the dishes did not come out clean either. Just a kind suggestion to please check and thoroughly clean the dishwasher.
The apartment itself could also have been slightly cleaner, but otherwise everything was perfect.

Es un apartamento muy grande y cerca del mar. Hay 3 habitaciones con 1 cama doble y 2 individuales.
Necesita un mantenimiento tanto de pintura como de tapar agujeros, ventanas que no abrían y no estaban bien selladas...
