The directions were clear, there was plenty of parking,easy to check in after hours with the electronic locks, the wifi was good enough to stream Netflex on my computer, folks followed the house rules and were courteous , there was a washer and dryer and a full kitchen. Plenty of water pressure in the bathroom shower I used. Very close to SeaTac ad Boeing Field, it is possible to get longer term rates for a week or more. I'd recommend it to someone doing a temporary position locally that needed the laundry and full kitchen, as it is clean, quiet and in a nice walking neighborhood.
Not sure that it could be made better. This is basically a rooming house in a converted Dutch Colonial house, so older narrow stairs, no elevator for the upper floor where 4 of the bedrooms are, the bedroom I had shared a window or door with the adjoining room so not very sound proof though that resident was very courteous about the quiet hours.
I would suggest that for short term rentals, you provide coffee in the rooms that could be made in the kitchen, since there are no coffee shops close. I had some in my car otherwise I'd not have had any before the funeral i attended.
