The location was so easy to get into town from, we really appreciated the parking on the street behind. It felt tucked away and secure.
The property was very hot! Some fans would be great. There were no locks on the bathroom doors. Only one key between 5 of us was tricky!

The house was just off the main road, so quiet, a very short walk to the shops, and not far from the tram stop (High School tram stop is the closest).
A very nice house with everything you need! Very clean. Comfortable beds and two bathrooms as well!
The staircases are steep, to forwarn anyone with walking difficulties, but it is the build of the house, so to be expected.

Well-equipped kitchen.
Nice bathrooms.
Scratched and flaking non-stick pans should be binned.
First floor shower was too hot, and did not drain properly.
Kitchen blind doesn’t raise/lower easily.
Could have used two front door keys.

Mostly clean, though dishes/glasses needed washing up before use. Bathrooms and kitchen clean. A sitter walk to centre of Nottingham. Quiet at night. Nicely decorated inside - shame really that this house was situated where it was!
Stairs very steep. Didn't realise there was no double bed in main room. Therefore not very good for 'families' as advertised. Specific location was not good - many nearby gardens had large piles of rubbish outside, and a lot dumped at the end of the terraces.
