Specious and relatively clean apartment. Great location. Included parking spot adds value. The owner promptly reacted and provided additional heating once we complained about being cold.
Bathroom is a complete mess. The toilet is practically unusable. The boiler is too small and holds insufficient hot water even for 2 people, let alone 6 (that many people this apartment can accommodate).
The old air conditioner is very loud.
