Bon emplacement, accès facile au centre d’Arras. Appartement atypique qui a beaucoup de charme. Le baby-foot est un plus.
Peut être préciser que la porte du logement est dans une devanture de magasin car pas facile de trouver quand on ne s’y attend pas.

Nice and quirky and set over 4 floors including a baby foot in the ground floor. Separate toilet and a great shower in the bedroom, lounge and kitchen comfortable and well equipped. Plenty of towels. Laure the owner was very helpful in advance of our arrival.
Took a long time to heat up the apartment so needed extra blankets on the bed. The curtains don’t cover the bedroom windows effectively and let in too much light, the sink in the bedroom drains very slowly and leaks around the edges.

The location was great. Everything you needed.
Unfortunately we didn’t realise that there were so many stairs and how steep the stairs are. Great place for younger people. Not 67 years and bad knees sharing with friends and the shower being open.
