I wished I had booked the room with the bathroom inside the room. Mine was private but outside of the bedroom.

Just a few minutes away from the train station. There was a small cafe beside the property without door seating. There was a small balcony. It was perfect for tour two night stay.

Sehr schönes, neu eingerichtetes Zimmer. Lage absolut genial, nähe Bahnhof für Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre, Lerici oder um einfach La Spezia anzuschauen. Bei Fragen stand Davide jederzeit zur Verfügung, auch um einen Parkplatz in der Nähe hat er sich gekümmert. Super Bäcker zum Frühstücken ist gleich vor der Haustüre. Gerne wieder
Der Balkon lag direkt zur Straße. Etwas laut bei offenem Fenster, aber bei geschlossenem Fenter hört man nichts. Für uns ok, da wir gerne im Stadttrubel sind. Deswegen trotzdem 10 von 10 Punkten

El alojamiento estaba muy bien ubicado, situado justo al lado de la estación central y apenas a unos metros del centro. El señor fue muy amable nos subió las maletas. (no hay ascensor) Nos propuso y recomendó muchos lugares por la zona.
Bueno, personalmente a la habitación le sobran trastos , tiene mucha decoración que sobra y se podría dejar más cómodamente los objetos de los viajeros .
