Bra läge, nära till strand, restauranger och supermarkets. Rymlig villa med sköna sängar och ac på varje rum. Praktiskt med tvättmaskin. Välutrustat kök. Den privata polen nyttjades flitigt.
Servicen av värden Maria var utmärkt hon fanns tillgänglig via whats up och svarade omedelbart samt försökte lösa våra önskemål under vår vistelse.
Villan ligger bredvid odlingsmark, det blev en hel del rött jorddamm som täckte uteplatsen, möbler mm. Vi spolade av allt varje morgon. Villan var fräsch förutom att det var ganska mycket dammtussar inne i huset. En rejäl dammsugning hade varit önskvärt.

10 out of 10 for the outside area, the pool, the seating, the facilities to cook and entertain outside if you wanted to. A 7 minute walk to the beach. Spacious living room and kitchen. Well equipped cupboards with utensils, and electrical items, such as kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and so forth (no dishwasher). 4x en-suite bathrooms and a separate downstairs toilet with washing machine. The property management acts fast. The swimming pool is cleaned twice a week. We loved the security blinds as they kept the sun out and made us feel safe.
Some friendly neighbours. Enough supermarkets, fruit stalls, restaurants a very short distance away, and Protaras is about a 10 minute drive away.
Open fields at the end of the garden, so on windy days the garden, outdoor furniture and area around the pool was covered with a fine red dust. The hedge belonging to the neighbours over the drive, shed leaves every day which held the dust and was carried into the house on our feet.
When flushing the toilet, the pipes made a loud groaning noise. The air conditioner in the living room was old and was very loud (it worked well) but had to be switched off when watching TV as it drowned out the noise. The broken blinds in two of the bedroom were a choking hazard for children (but the property management company will be dealing with them). The glass on the coffee table moved when touched, making it a hazard (we just moved it into the corner as we had young children)
Whilst we were there, building works were happening not far from the house and the noise woke us at 7 most mornings.
