A nice neighborhood in a quiet street. Old charm but renewed and super clean.
Bus stops are in walking distance (3-4 min walk).
There is a fenced backyard to relax.
Small and functional kitchen with cookware, dinnerware, etc.
TV in the living room, books and games in the cabinet under the TV.
Full bath and 3 bedrooms in the upper level.
The houses in the neighborhood are close, we appreciate our guests to avoid loud music after quiet hours (9 pm), and pets or smoking/vaping in the property are not allowed including garage.

I was staying while waiting for my husband to get a heart transplant and Paulina was extremely responsive and accommodating and made excellent recommendations. I had 2 teens and my sister stay with me over spring break and everything worked out perfectly. I would definitely stay again.

I found the property to be very cozy and we lacked nothing. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. I really enjoyed my stay and I really appreciate the communication I had with the owner.
