About this house rental

Everything you need under one roof. Full in-house gym with stationary bike, weights, weighted Hula Hoop, dedicated Yoga area w/mats, two adult riding bikes available for use; full kitchen w/ just about everything you’ll need from dishes to spices, dining room, 3bdrm 3 FULL baths, spacious soaking tub. Upstairs yoga area can be a separate loft w/ TV, private office space or reading zone w/ Skylight, Dedicated TEA station w/ plenty of tasty selections. Game area, so many games + darts, full basement, dedicated dry bar, washer/dryer & HUGE backyard with brick patio, large Deck, plenty of driveway parking and street parking. Oh & REAL plants in most rooms for increased air quality.

Located in the heart of Chicago's Historic South Shore Hyde Park Neighborhood. Close to public transportation. Shops. Food. ADDED BONUS: Across the street from the FAMOUS ROBINSON-OBAMA HOME (Michelle Obama's childhood home... yes the one she and Barack lived in during his first term campaign 🥰) minutes from beach/ lake shore bike trail/science and industry museum/ Jackson park golf course/ and the soon to be Obama Library. 10 min drive to UChicago Hyde Park Campus.
