Lovely hotel in downtown Chicago, walking distance from Daley plaza, excellent restaurants, the Bean, several museums. Staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly. Rooms were luxuriously comfortable. 4/5 stars given because the L runs right outside the front of the hotel; depending on room location, can be noisy for people not used to city life.
