Each room is equipped with bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets, along with hangers and closet storage to keep your belongings organized. The home includes 1.5 bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, a hair dryer, and cleaning products. A bathtub offers a place to soak, ensuring a refreshing daily routine.
Kitchen & Dining
Prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and a whirlpool stainless steel electric stove. Cooking basics like pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are available, along with dishes, chopsticks, cups, and wine glasses. A Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee makes mornings easy, and a dining table sets the stage for shared meals.

🤫 Keep noise to a minimum outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.
🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.
🚭 No indoor smoking (Minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning).
🚬 Smoking outside permitted.
🚫 NO underage consumption or drugs.
🎉 NO parties or large gatherings.
🚫You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice.

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $400 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.

This is a great house in University heights if you are doing activities at JCU, seeing family, or don't want to be directly in downtown Cleveland.

The pictures show you how cute the home is. We were able to have our dog with us for an additional fee. The kitchen was nicely stocked with good working appliances and cooking essentials. Overall we were pleased. Just a couple notes, two of the three beds are memory foam mattresses - which my husband and I do not find comfortable. Very grateful bedroom #3 had a traditional mattress. The bathroom towels had lost their fluff and should be replaced. Nice location, close to good eats, safe neighborhood.

Host was very easy to communicate with and the house was as advertised and clean. Neighborhood was nice and easy to walk around. Would recommend if you need a place to stay near Cleveland

Right where you need to be close to restaurants and less than 20 minutes to Cleveland. Cute neighborhood with a park literally a stone through outside your window. Friendly and we’ll communicating hosts.
