Everything, very good quality and comfortable accommodation. Interior design very appealing.
Well equipped kitchen, washing machine. Lots of nice restaurants, shops and local activities.
Just needs a little more details about rooms advertised.
Two bedrooms share an en-suite. But there’s also a separate toilet accessible via hallway on this ground floor.
1 bedroom beside kitchen/living area has a shower/toilet adjacent but not en-suite.
Room on top floor has 7 single beds, very comfortable space!
All other rooms have 3 single beds except 1 which had 2 singles made into large double. I presume other rooms could have option of doing same.

This is a beautiful house over three floors with large comfortable open living on first level with views. Kitchen is well equipped. There is a washing machine but no clothes dryer. Excellent non slip flooring throughout house. House is consistently warm with lots of piping hot water. I was delayed on arrival so host left key in lockbox, and left additional spare keys in house. FYI- Two bedrooms share an en-suite (Jack & Jill bathroom). Lots of bedside lockers and power points throughout rooms. There’s more than enough seating for everyone in kitchen/living space should the house be fully occupied. Balcony to the front with views of the Shannon. Patio/yard to rear with picnic tables. Photos on website are true and accurate.
Could do with more storage in bedrooms as one room doesn’t have a wardrobe which results in living out of your suitcase which has to reside on floor or strewn across a spare bed. Another room which sleeps seven, just has a small hanging rail. There’s no shower caddy in showers to place items. No grab rails in showers.

This is a wonderful house in a great location. Philip has created very comfortable house which as large extended family we really appreciated. Super host who was very accommodating we hope to return . Thank you
